Are you a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in Telecom Support? Join our clients team as an L2 Support Engineer and play a critical role in deploying, integrating, and supporting cutting-edge telecom solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, configure, and deploy products on customer servers.
  • Coordinate with client teams and manage support tickets in line with defined SLAs.
  • Integrate software applications with external systems and platforms.
  • Conduct system testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live support, monitor system performance, and ensure high availability.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles.

Skills & Experience Required :

  • Strong expertise in Unix / Linux and Shell Scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in Telecom BSS / OSS (minimum 2+ customer projects).
  • Solid working knowledge of Oracle SQL and RDBMS concepts.
  • Experience with system integration and performance monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client communication skills.
  • Preferred / Bonus Skills :

  • Exposure to Hadoop / HBase / PostgreSQL / ETL tools.
  • Understanding of the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Prior experience in production support environments with telecom clients.
