Are you a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in Telecom Support? Join our clients team as an L2 Support Engineer and play a critical role in deploying, integrating, and supporting cutting-edge telecom solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and deploy products on customer servers.
- Coordinate with client teams and manage support tickets in line with defined SLAs.
- Integrate software applications with external systems and platforms.
- Conduct system testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support, monitor system performance, and ensure high availability.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles.
Skills & Experience Required :
Strong expertise in Unix / Linux and Shell Scripting.Hands-on experience in Telecom BSS / OSS (minimum 2+ customer projects).Solid working knowledge of Oracle SQL and RDBMS concepts.Experience with system integration and performance monitoring.Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client communication skills.Preferred / Bonus Skills :
Exposure to Hadoop / HBase / PostgreSQL / ETL tools.Understanding of the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).Prior experience in production support environments with telecom clients.(ref : hirist.tech)
