About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, SQL, and Azure fundamentals, with proven experience in managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across teams. This role requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Perform incident handling, root cause analysis, and problem resolution in a timely manner.
- Manage ticket triaging, escalation, and reporting while creating metrics and trend analyses.
- Conduct log analysis and troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, and browser layers.
- Support Azure-related activities including app insights, configuration updates, app registration renewals, and secret management.
- Work on Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and related application services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Ensure strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices for recurring issues and solutions.
Must-Have Skills :
SQL (basic queries and troubleshooting).Strong application support experience.Azure Cloud Fundamentals (App Services, App Insights, Secret Management, Config Updates).Familiarity with ticketing systems (incident, problem, and change management).Windows Server, IIS, and browser troubleshooting (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Should-Have Skills :
Awareness of application architecture (frontend / backend layers).Understanding of browser configurations, session / caching issues.Security and access management (e.g., Active Directory roles).Good-to-Have Skills :
