Owing to our substantial growth plans we are desirous of recruiting Recruitment Professionals for our Executive Search Division, who will be responsible to expand our clientele and drive sustainable growth through boosting the recruitment process and forging strong relationships with clients.

Monday-Friday

In Recruitment, you will :

Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Experience into client management. Headhunt passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines. Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures. Prioritize multiple roles with a strong sense of urgency. Represent our brand professionally to candidates. Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

What you bring :

Bachelor's degree with recruitment experience (corporate or executive search). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management abilities. Data-driven mindset with attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and grow in the Executive Search / HR domain.
