Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Business Development to spearhead our franchise expansion efforts. This leadership role requires a self-starter capable of independently sourcing franchise partners, finalizing real estate, and managing all pre-opening activities through to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and sign up new franchise / investor partners across India
• Source and finalize commercial real estate locations in target markets
• Manage pre-opening coordination, including fit-out planning and vendor management
• Oversee activities up to handover to operations
• Engage external consultants / brokers on a success-fee basis as needed
• Represent the brand at investor meetings, roadshows, and events
