We’re Hiring : Growth Head | Hyderabad

A science-first personal care startup , backed by top investors and led by founders with multiple successful exits, is looking for a Growth Head to drive its journey from pre-launch → scale .

Role Highlights : Location : Hyderabad

Reports directly to the Founder

What you’ll do :

Own revenue & P&L across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce

Lead performance marketing (Meta / Google), CRM, retention & funnels

Scale marketplace presence with smart assortment, listings & promos

Build & lead a 5-member growth team

Partner with brand, product & ops to align growth with execution

What we’re looking for :

4–6 years in D2C / e-commerce growth (personal care, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred)

Hands-on expertise in performance marketing & CRM

Proven track record of owning and scaling P&L

Hustle to thrive in early-stage, high-intensity setups
