Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller - Healthcare, located in Chennai.

The Telecaller shall be

• responsible for taking incoming calls as well as outbound designated calls (not cold calling)
• scheduling appointments, and providing information about healthcare services.
• Other duties include handling customer enquiries

Shift timings 1 pm till 10 pm

Qualifications

languages required - Tamil and English

Preferred languages Hindi and / or Kannada
