Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Infor Insurance ERP Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Infor ERP solutions for the insurance domain. The role involves working with stakeholders in life insurance, general insurance, reinsurance, and employee benefits to streamline operations, optimize financial processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as IFRS 17 and Solvency II.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Infor ERP Insurance modules (Finance, Policy Administration, Claims, Reinsurance, Billing, and Reporting).

Collaborate with insurance business teams to gather requirements and design ERP workflows aligned with underwriting, claims management, actuarial, and regulatory compliance needs.

Configure Infor CloudSuite Financials & Supply Management (FSM) for insurance-specific financial reporting (including IFRS 17 and local GAAP).

Support integration with policy administration systems, actuarial models, and third-party applications.

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for profitability, claims ratios, and risk exposure.

Provide end-user training and documentation for insurance operations teams.

Ensure compliance with IFRS 17, solvency reporting, and other regulatory requirements.

Troubleshoot issues, work with Infor support, and deliver enhancements.

Participate in upgrades, system testing, and data migration from legacy insurance platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Insurance-related field.

3–8 years of experience with Infor ERP (CloudSuite, FSM, LN, or M3) in the insurance sector.

Strong knowledge of insurance processes : Policy Administration, Claims, Reinsurance, Actuarial, and Regulatory Reporting.

Experience with IFRS 17 implementation, risk management, and solvency reporting.

Familiarity with Infor ION, Infor OS, Infor Birst (analytics), and system integrations.

Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and ERP customization.

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
