ERP PMO Resource –
🎯 Role Purpose
To support the ERP Core Team and Functional Heads in ERP implementation, ensuring smooth coordination, process alignment, and documentation across departments. The role demands prior hands-on experience in ERP implementations for manufacturing and aerospace / defence domains, with working knowledge of tools like EPICOR, or, Infor.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Process Understanding & Implementation Support
Grasp detailed processes across functions : Manufacturing, Aerospace Component MRO, Finance, HR, Purchase, Stores, Quality.
Assist functional heads in mapping TO-BE processes with the new ERP structure.
Identify process gaps and suggest best practices during system configuration and testing.

Implementation Documentation
Prepare and update SOPs, role-wise workflows, configuration notes, test case scenarios, and user guides.
Maintain version-controlled process templates and traceability logs for AS-IS vs TO-BE flows.
3.
Rollout & Change Management Coordination
Coordinate with ERP implementation partner(s) for module-wise rollout, training schedules, and testing.
Support internal teams in master data preparation, migration checks, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Track pending tasks, dependencies, and readiness status across departments.
4.
PMO Activities
Maintain project progress tracker, weekly status dashboards, and follow-up logs.
Organize meetings, prepare MoMs, and communicate actionable items to stakeholders.
Assist in report formats, KPI templates, and internal review presentations.
📋 Required Qualifications & Skills
Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Operations,
Experience : 3-5 years in ERP implementation, with at least 1–2 full-cycle ERP implementations in discrete manufacturing or aerospace domain
ERP Tools : Practical experience EPICOR, or INFOR ERPs
Process Knowledge : Strong grasp of ERP functions in Production, MRP, Procurement, Subcontracting, Stores Management, QA / ATP, Finance, and HRMS
Tools : Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, Google Workspace or SharePoint, MS Teams
Communication : Strong coordination and documentation skills; fluent in English
✅ Preferred Experience
Aerospace, Defence, or Engineering SME background
Familiarity with MRO workflows, serial / batch tracking, calibration logs, kit management, BOMs, and WBS
Exposure to vendor interactions, ERP partner coordination, and cross-functional facilitation
Ability to work closely with CFO, Factory Heads, and ERP consultants
🕘 Work Arrangement
Workdays : 6-day week (Monday–Saturday), 2 sat off Full-time on-site
Reporting To : ERP Transformation Lead (CIO / PMO)
Travel : Occasional between HQ and Factory
