We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about IT sales and eager to build a successful career in technology sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and online channels
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable IT product / service solutions
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and demos virtually
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent post-sales support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to close sales deals
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fieldFreshers or candidates with up to 2 years of IT sales or inside sales experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is preferredSelf-motivated with a target-driven mindsetSkills :
