Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Technical Support Manager to lead our support team and ensure high-quality service delivery across all internal and external technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical support operations, mentoring a team of support engineers, optimizing processes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the IT technical support team to provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients and internal users.
- Monitor and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinating with engineering, cloud, security, and DevOps teams as needed.
- Develop and implement support policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee ticketing systems and ensure proper documentation and resolution of incidents.
- Collaborate with the sales and solutions team to provide pre-sales technical input and post-sales support alignment.
- Train, coach, and evaluate technical support staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Manage inventory of hardware / software resources and oversee provisioning and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on support performance and improvement plans.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.7+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.Minimum of 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.Strong knowledge of IT harware systems, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), networking, Windows / Linux environments, and cybersecurity best practices.Hands-on experience with remote troubleshooting tools and ITSM platforms.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong customer service orientation and experience working with clients in high-pressure environments.What We Offer :
