Technical Manager - ERP Platform

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager IT with a strong background in supply chain systems and SaaS-based ERP platforms. The candidate will lead a team of IT specialists responsible for managing enterprise applications across procurement, supply chain, analytics, and reporting functions. This role requires a proven track record in leading end-to-end IT implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning IT solutions with business needs in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage IT teams to support enterprise applications across procurement, sourcing, contracts, supplier relationship management, supply chain, analytics, and reporting.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of supply chain and ERP functional workstreams, from strategy to production delivery.
• Transform Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives into enterprise-level solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, materials management, and finance teams to align IT capabilities with business and manufacturing operations.
• Oversee roadmap planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and IT budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members, fostering innovation and efficiency.
• Monitor system stability, performance, and integration with other business-critical systems.
