Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Jira Developer / Administrator -Lead for our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Jira development and administration, with a strong ability to create and manage dashboards, workflows, custom fields, automation rules, and CI / CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
• Develop and manage Jira dashboards and advanced reporting capabilities.
• Create and manage automations, integrations, and scripts to optimize Jira usage.
• Implement and support CI / CD pipelines as related to Jira and connected tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and support users with Jira-related queries.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and PMO teams to ensure Jira aligns with business needs.
