JIRA Administrator

As a JIRA Administrator with expertise in Python & Groovy scripting and strong knowledge of XRAY Test Management customizations. The candidate is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing JIRA Data Center and Cloud instances, customizing XRAY software, automating workflows, and providing support to the user community. This role requires a detail-oriented engineer with a robust problem-solving mindset, a passion for learning, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will manage and optimize JIRA instances, configure workflows, automate processes, and integrate with tools like Confluence and Bitbucket. Working with cross-functional teams, you will enhance reporting, streamline issue tracking, and improve test management using XRAY.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Administer and configure JIRA Data Center and Cloud instances, managing project setup, workflows, permissions, and user access.
• Design and optimize JIRA workflows, customizing issue types, screens, and fields to enhance system usability.
• Automate tasks using Script Runner Groovy and JIRA Automation Rules to streamline operations.
• Customize XRAY Test Management for efficient test case management, execution tracking, and reporting.
• Manage integrations with Confluence, Bitbucket, and other tools to enable seamless collaboration.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for improved project tracking and data visualization.
