Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Nurse Unit Managers to join the Mernda Community Hospital, Urgent Care Centre team.

Services are provided through our six main campuses :
Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, Kilmore District Hospital and Mernda Community Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.
About the Role :
This role requires a dynamic and visible leader to guide and coordinate the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary environment. The Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for the operational, clinical and professional management of staff and resources, fostering collaboration, accountability and excellence across the unit.
