We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for customer service to join the team at Bethanie Waters Aged Care Home located in Port Kennedy , as a Customer Engagement Nurse (CEN) . Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Waters is one of our larger sites with 160 beds and provides support for people who need 24-hour care, including those with high care needs and dementia.
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, the CEN partners with residents and their families or representatives from admission to discharge, coordinating the aged care experience and ensuring care and services are delivered in such a way that is safe and meets the individual customer’s goals, preferences and needs, enabling them to live the best life they can.
The CEN also works closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure all employees understand the resident’s individual needs, assisting in coordinating ongoing assessments and care planning.
This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis , working 37.5hrs per week.
