About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly and professional Onsite Operations Team. This is a casual opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to :
Delivering high-level nursing care with the ability to work autonomously
Administering vaccinations, phlebotomy and specimen collection (includes drug and alcohol screening)
Maintaining onsite clinical stock levels and inventory
Ensuring equipment is cleaned, sterilised, and maintained according to infection control standards
General administration and support of daily clinic operations
Ensuring compliance with Department of Health & Human Services protocols
Supporting clinical governance and quality assurance processes
About You
You are a qualified and registered nurse with a strong clinical background and a patient-focused approach. In addition to your nursing skills, you bring excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Essential Requirements :
Current registration with AHPRA
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Certificate in Phlebotomy
Immunisation Certificate
Working With Children Check (NT)
Own reliable vehicle and license
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Highly Regarded :
Experience in drug and alcohol testing (including workplace or clinical testing procedures)
