1. Recruitment Criteria
- Educational Background :
- Candidates must possess a relevant degree (e.g., B.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, MBA in Pharmaceutical Management) or equivalent qualification in life sciences or healthcare.
- Work Experience :
- Prior experience in sales and marketing within the Cardio & Diabetes therapy segments is mandatory. (Preferably from top 20).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with doctors.
- Age Limit :
- Applicants must be under 28 years to ensure adaptability and long-term growth potential.
- Geographical Knowledge :
- Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of their assigned territory to facilitate effective market penetration and relationship management with KOLs
2. Desired Competencies
Therapy Area Expertise :Comprehensive understanding of Cardio & Diabetes treatment protocols and relevant products (Patho physiology & Diabetes brands).Networking and Relationship Skills :Established connections with KOLs in the assigned territory and the ability to leverage these relationships effectively.Personality and Representation :Professional demeanor, presentable appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.Performance Metrics :Data-driven approach, problem-solving skills, and a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.3. Compensation Structure
