- To be accountable for driving NTB Trade Finance Business supported by Location Managers, Trade Relationship Managers and Business Banking Across.
- Accountable to achieve annual TFX Business targets through Liability, Assets or Capital deals
- Ensuring benchmark productivity and YoY business growth.
- Identifying and channelizing TFX Business opportunities in overall Business Banking Portfolio.
- Performing business data analytics it includes business analysis, market analysis, industry analysis, risk analysis, compliance process adherence and mitigation.
- Active engagement with internal teams across verticals (PSM / Asset / RPC / CPC / Branch) to ensure support for maximum business output.
- Working on capability building of the Team and stakeholders to scale up overall business.
- Fostering culture of continuous learning development and career growth for the team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance Product , Process & Regulations
- Strong Leadership & Team Management Skill Set
- Must've been into large team handling roles
- Should have excellent sales orientation & Problem Solving capability
