The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. They serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CRM proactively addresses client needs, resolves complaints efficiently, and works to ensure customers receive exceptional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring service delivery and following up on interactions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with key customers to ensure service standards are met.
Develop customer loyalty and retention strategies.
Provide insights to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or account management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
High emotional intelligence and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., retail, SaaS, banking].
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
Certification in Customer Service or Relationship Management (optional but a plus).
Working Conditions :
Office-based with occasional client visits or remote meetings.
May require flexible working hours based on client needs.
