Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Key Account Manager
to join our growing team. You will be the face of our agency for your assigned clients — owning the relationship, understanding their marketing needs, and ensuring seamless delivery across all projects. From managing day-to-day communication to orchestrating internal teams, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything aligned and moving.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients
Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a strategic partner
Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest solutions
Program & Project Management
Own the end-to-end delivery of client campaigns and marketing initiatives
Create and manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools
Ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media, tech) to ensure smooth execution
Strategic Thinking & Reporting
Translate client goals into actionable briefs
Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop campaign plans
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and presentations
Present campaign performance, learnings, and optimizations to clients
Internal Collaboration
Be the voice of the client within the agency
Troubleshoot bottlenecks and mediate cross-functional communication
Ensure quality control across all client-facing outputs
Ideal Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably at a marketing or digital agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative processes, and media channels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a client-first attitude
