Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Handle incoming calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information on products / services offered by the company to meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell / cross-sell relevant products / services based on customer requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-4 years of experience in BPO voice process, customer handling, or related fields.Excellent English language proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong analytical skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.THIS IS ON PAY-ROLL OPPORTUNITY WITH ICICI LOMBARD GENRAL INSURANCE COMPANY
