About the Role

The Associate HR is responsible for Managing HRIS tool and updates.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS

• Org updates in HRIS
• Job changes Process manager change internal movements etc.
• Initiate Domestic and International transfer process
• Initiate Entity change transactions
• Educate employees and managers to use HRIS self-service / Manager self-service modules
• Review and approval all the personal update tasks like (Personal information Dependents Address emergency contact etc)
• Review and approve Education and experience details of employees.
• Bulk data upload in HRIS tool
• Provide recommendations for automation in HRIS tool for process improvement.
• Track all change requests and work with technical team for rollout.
• Maintain accurate data in HRIS tool
• Review the HRIS inbox tasks and track for closure.
