- 1-3 years of experience in supporting diverse business needs
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, and professional networks
- Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, indeed, ATS, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates
- Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Must have prior experience in US hiring
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
