Job descriptionMBA / PGDM in HR.7-12 years of HR experience, at least 2–3 years in Compensation & Benefits.Experience in managing HR operations in a mid to large-scale(2-5K Employees) organization with global exposure preferred.Strong knowledge of HR Operations / Shared services , onboarding, BGV, C&B, Benchmarking, HR Statutory, Payroll, HR Audits and Exit.Hands-on experience with HR operations and ticketing systems.Benchmarking Policies, Policy Formulation and Policy roll out using HR SystemsProficiency in HRMS systems - preferably Darwinbox / ZingHR / ZoHO.Help driving organization wide benefits – Medical Insurance related and system implementation driving enrolment and participationStrong knowledge of HR Processes – Onboarding to Separation, Employee Leave and Lifecycle processes, BGV Process implementationAbility to work in a global HR operations environment – APAC.Good in analytical, problem-solving, and HR data interpretation skills. Good in Excel, Power BI.Strong at stakeholder management to solve business challengesExcellent stakeholder management, communication(Good oral communication and written skills), and interpersonal skills.
