About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Intern to support our day-to-day recruitment activities. This role is perfect for someone who wants to kick-start their career in HR, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support end-to-end hiring for fresher and entry-level roles
- Source, screen, and call candidates for various positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels
- Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in releasing offer letters and completing onboarding documentation
- Ensure strong communication and coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to improving hiring processes and candidate experience
