Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, social media, professional networks) based on the client Job Description (JD).Review resumes and applications to identify and short select qualified candidates who fit the job role as per the client JD.Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Maintain multiple function candidate databases accurately for quick retrieval of best fit profiles for any client requirement.Build and maintain good relations with both clients and candidates.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Support the team on the HR Outsourcing projects taken up by Triangulas HR.Requirements
- MBA graduates with HR specialization
- 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or HR operations
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition processes, specifically for third party clients
- Familiarity with HR functions like TA, Onboarding, Employee engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
