The Back Office Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for back-office staff. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to perform administrative, data management, and support functions efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Training Developers Role)

The Training Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging training programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational goals. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), using instructional design methodologies, and leveraging technology to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a Graduate / Postgraduate.
• 3-6 years of experience as Trainer / Training Developer or relevant.
• Training Content Creations for Training Developer role would be a plus.
