Position Summary :
The Talent Development Trainer plays a pivotal role in empowering employees through impactful training programs that enhance skills, performance, and professional growth. This role involves designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, analyzing training effectiveness, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
Design and deliver high-impact training sessions tailored to organizational needs, with a specific focus on behavioral skills and leadership development for global audiences (US Participant).
Facilitate programs including new hire orientation, leadership development for global leaders, and skill-building workshops for large groups.
Develop engaging training materials using modern instructional design principles, ensuring content is culturally relevant and scalable for a diverse, international workforce.
Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with goals, acting as a strategic advisor on behavioral and leadership development.
Confidently deliver training to large audiences, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging experience for all participants.
