We're looking for a sharp, ambitious Business Development Associate ready to break into elite-level consulting while making a direct impact with sophisticated clients.
What You'll Do
Drive Business Growth : Proactively identify and engage potential clients—PE firms, corporate development teams, and portfolio companies—through strategic outreach on LinkedIn and email
Own the Pipeline : Research target companies, qualify leads, initiate high-value conversations, and book discovery calls for senior leadership
Build Relationships : Support client communications, nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle, and help maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Create Market Intelligence : Conduct competitive analysis, prospect research, and industry trend mapping to inform our go-to-market strategy
Support Deal-Making : Collaborate on pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing materials that win business
Optimize Operations : Maintain CRM systems, track key metrics, and continuously improve our Business Development processes
Who You Are
Experience : 2-4 years in M&A, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting, or high-growth B2B sales
Communication : Exceptional written and verbal English—you can craft compelling, professional messages that open doors
Tech Stack : Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Schedule & Availability
Full-time : Monday–Friday with flexibility to join calls until at least 3 : 00 PM EST for client meetings and team collaboration
Compensation and Job Structure
