Our client is a leading consulting firm partnering with a prominent public sector bank on a transformative, 12-month strategic engagement. The initiative aims to design and implement a robust medium-term strategy for the bank, with a strong emphasis on MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise) sector development. This project presents a rare opportunity to make an industry-wide impact, driving the next generation of financial solutions, operational excellence, and ecosystem innovation for MSME clients.

The consulting firm seeks to onboard a select group of 3-5 senior consultants with proven MSME expertise. These professionals will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's MSME agenda-working closely with client teams and stakeholders to validate approaches, drive strategic decisions, and ensure successful execution of core initiatives.

1. Process & Product Innovation Expert

• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline MSME operational workflows and enhance service delivery efficiency
• Drive innovation in MSME product design-developing tailored lending, trade, and investment solutions aligned to client needs
