Role : Business Strategy Consultant - Radiant Advisory
Location : Remote (India-based preferred)
Duration : 3-month contract (with strong potential to convert to full-time)
Compensation : 1,65,000 per month — negotiable for exceptional candidates

Radiant Advisory is a boutique management consulting and M&A advisory firm based in the UAE. We combine McKinsey-honed strategy consulting, private equity rigor, and venture capital insight with over four decades of leadership scaling diversified businesses across the GCC.
Our clients include sovereign entities, listed corporates, and high-growth operators across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and beyond.
This role is a unique opportunity to initiate a new project with a leading listed Saudi corporate while supporting Radiant Advisory's broader client base. You will work directly with our Founder (ex-McKinsey, PE / VC, IB), gaining exposure to board-level strategy, investor-facing deliverables, and live GCC client engagements — with hands-on coaching and mentorship throughout.
Role Overview :
You will serve as the primary point of contact for a leading listed corporate in Saudi Arabia, managing day-to-day consulting deliverables with oversight and guidance from Radiant's leadership.
50% of your time will focus on this client, including :
- Refining Board-level business plan presentations
- Crafting strategic narratives across business units & functions
- Developing impactful slides aligned with board expectations
- Preparing weekly updates (6–10 slides)
- Supporting a full 80–100 slide Business Plan presentation
- Conducting peer benchmarking and comparative analysis
The other 50% will contribute to Radiant Advisory's broader work :

Former consultants from strategy firms (Tier 2, boutique firms, Big 4 strategy practices, or equivalent consulting backgrounds)Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a top institution required — IIM, ISB, or equivalent global programs strongly preferredStrong structuring, problem-solving, and synthesis skillsExcellent PowerPoint storytelling and design abilities (Excel helpful but not core)Ability to work with partial overlap in GCC time zones (flexible hours)Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial boutique environmentDriven, detail-oriented, and motivated by international exposureWhat You'll Gain :
