ServiceNow Platform Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform (Strategy & Business Alignment) to join a fast-growing product-based organisation in Pune (Baner).

Role : ServiceNow Platform Manager / Owner

Location : Pune (Baner Location)

This is a full-time, 5-day, on-site role based at our Orbia Global Capability Center in Pune

Key Requirements :

⏺️ Minimum 6 years as a Platform Manager / Owner or similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform

⏺️ Product Ownership – defining the vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow.

⏺️Stakeholder Engagement – working with business, IT, security, compliance teams.

⏺️Governance & Standards – setting policies for development, upgrades, and integrations.

⏺️Vendor & Partner Management – coordinating with ServiceNow and MSPs.

⏺️Financial Acumen – license optimisation, budgeting, ROI measurement.

⏺️Data & Reporting – defining KPIs, dashboards, and success measures.

⏺️Strategic Alignment – ensuring platform supports organizational goals (e.g., digital transformation).

⏺️Privatisation – balancing innovation vs. stability vs. cost.
