Location : Pune (Work from Office) | Experience : 1–3 Years
We’re Art Therapy, a fast-growing D2C paint-by-numbers brand that believes creativity heals.
Now we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s equally obsessed with creative hooks and CTR graphs — someone who knows how to make Meta ads feel human and perform like magic.
What You’ll Do
- Strategize, execute & scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) end-to-end
- Build and manage performance dashboards (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC)
- Research audiences, creatives, and placements to find what converts
- Work closely with the content & design team to craft thumb-stopping ad creatives
- Plan monthly budgets & campaign calendars aligned with brand goals
- Run A / B tests on creatives, copy, and funnels — and translate learnings into actionable insights
- Stay updated with Meta’s latest features, trends, and algorithm changes
