Job descriptionDevelop and implement growth marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. Identify new growth opportunities across multiple channels including paid, organic, social, email, referral, and partnerships. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain customers. Conduct A / B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates. Monitor key growth metrics and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools. Generate actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies and optimize marketing spend. Design and implement strategies to improve customer onboarding, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with customer journey stages. Oversee SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth. Coordinate content creation to support growth initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and sales to align marketing with product development and business goals. Manage and mentor junior marketing team members
