Key Responsibilities :
- Understand hiring requirements for various roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate database
- Assist in on boarding and documentation process

Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
Skills Required
