• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager located in Dehradun.
• The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance sales, managing customer relations, overseeing financial aspects, and leading team management.
• Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding the sales team to achieve Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Knowledge of Insurance Products
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management
• Understanding of Finance and Financial Products
• Strong Team Management and Leadership Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
