Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Dehradun.
The Branch Manager will manage daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, oversee staff performance, and meet financial objectives.
Additional responsibilities include inventory management, sales strategy development, maintaining branch security, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications :

Experience in operational management and team leadership.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.

Sales and marketing strategy development experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Experience in the electrical products industry is a plus.
