Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Lead to oversee and deliver complex projects in the Energy & Utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry-specific technologies, regulatory frameworks, and operational challenges. This role demands excellent project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and domain knowledge across electric, water, or gas utilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Energy & Utility domain, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality adherence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, developers, and QA professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, health & safety norms, and sustainability goals.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and project sponsors through dashboards, status reports, and steering committees.
• Support RFP / RFI processes, vendor selection, and contract management as needed.
• Apply industry best practices in project execution.
• Identify and act upon opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Manage change requests, scope creep, and customer expectations proactively.
