About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver efficient workflows, and ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Create and maintain documentation (PDD, SDD, technical specs, user guides).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automation workflows.
• Ensure scalability, reusability, and adherence to best practices in automation development.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for deployment and integration of automation solutions.
• Monitor bot performance and provide support / maintenance for deployed automations.
