Automation Operations Analyst - UiPath / Blue Prism

Desired candidate should have :

• 3+ years of experience in supporting RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• 1.5+ years of experience with low code / no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, or Mendix.
• Proven track record of managing and resolving technical issues in a production environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
• Proven track record of developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions in a production environment.
• Experience with low code / no code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot applications developed on these platforms.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) for automation purposes.
• Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience supporting automation solutions in cloud environments.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to RPA and low code applications.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Experience managing support incidents and ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Familiarity with incident management tools and processes.
• Experience monitoring the performance of automated processes and ensuring their reliability and stability.
• Ability to use monitoring tools to track system performance and detect issues proactively.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of automation solutions.
• Ability to document and optimize support processes.
• Experience managing changes to automation solutions, including testing and validating updates and enhancements.
• Familiarity with change management processes and tools.
• Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Experience participating in audits and compliance reviews related to automation solutions.
• Experience leading a support team and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and support teams.
• Experience working with various stakeholders, including business analysts, process owners, and IT teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide updates on issue resolution.
• Relevant certifications in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer).
• Certifications in low code / no code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Certification, OutSystems Professional Developer) are highly desirable.
• ITIL / CSM Certification is highly desired
• Good understanding of Azure Cloud
