Senior Python Developer / Technical Lead - RPA / Blue Prism

Role Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on coding and development expertise, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. This role involves developing robust solutions using Python and its libraries, with a focus on integrating and enhancing RPA processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Software Development : Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable solutions using Python and its core libraries, including Pandas.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) : Work with RPA platforms like Blue Prism to build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows.
• Database Management : Write and optimize complex queries to interact with relational databases using SQL.
• DevOps Implementation : Apply DevOps principles and practices to ensure efficient and reliable deployment and operations.
• Leadership & Mentorship : Serve as a technical leader or mentor, providing guidance and support to other developers on the team.
• Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the development and production environments.
