Metayb - RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere

Role Overview :

We are seeking a RPA Developer with 23 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360.

The ideal candidate will focus on designing and developing automation scripts, optimizing business processes, and integrating RPA solutions within complex enterprise Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Analyze existing business processes to assess automation feasibility.
• Work independently on automation tasks with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to define project scope and timelines.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, VBScript, and SQL.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including PDDs, SDDs, and test cases.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation scripts.
• Ensure adherence to RPA best practices and standards.
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide support and maintenance for deployed automation Skills & Qualifications :
• 2 -3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Proficient in Python and VBScript for scripting automation tasks.
• Strong understanding of SQL for data manipulation and query building.
• Experience with SAP automation, Excel macros, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing RPA bots.
• Familiarity with version control systems, Credential Vault, and Lockers.
• Experience working with AARI and Document Automation is a plus.
• Good understanding of RPA best practices, frameworks, and lifecycle.
• Certification in Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools is desirable
