Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced UIPath Developer / Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using the UIPath platform.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to simplify complex processes, integrate systems, and enable sustainable automation at scale. You will also help drive standards, best practices, and governance across automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities using UIPath
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable workflows using UIPath Studio and UIPath Orchestrator
Implement reusable components, exception handling, logging, and secure credential management
Integrate UIPath solutions with external systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather and validate requirements
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot deployed automation solutions for stability and performance
Package and deploy solutions across multiple environments following governance and SDLC processes
Guide and support teams in following automation standards, best practices, and documentation protocols
Review and refine existing UIPath solutions for performance optimization and scalability
Stay updated with UIPath platform enhancements, new features, and emerging automation trends

Required Skills & Experience :

7-10 years of software development or automation experience, with strong hands-on expertise in UIPath Studio, StudioX, Orchestrator

Proficient in selectors, queues, REFramework, asset management, and workflow modularization

Experience with API integrations, SQL databases, and automation of Excel, email, and web-based

applications

Familiarity with AI Center, Document Understanding, or other advanced UIPath capabilities

Solid understanding of solution design documents (SDD), governance, lifecycle management, and deployment practices

Strong knowledge of secure automation practices, credential management, and data handling policies

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across business and technical teams

UIPath certifications (e.g., Advanced Developer, Solution Architect) preferred
