Role Overview :

We are looking for a RPA Program Manager with hands-on expertise in UiPath RPA tools and a strong background in technology / architecture. The role involves driving the end-to-end execution of RPA initiativesfrom identifying automation opportunities to developing, deploying, and managing bots at scale.

The RPA Program Manager will partner with business and IT stakeholders to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business value through automation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, deployment, and management of UiPath-based RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to identify automation opportunities and define RPA use cases.
  • Perform process analysis, re-engineering, and improvement to maximize automation benefits.
  • Oversee development, testing, and implementation of automated solutions in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Manage RPA governance, monitoring, and change management to ensure scalability and compliance (SOX, capacity optimization, etc.).
  • Track and report RPA program success metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Provide technical guidance on issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of bots.
  • Ensure proper integration with systems such as UiPath Orchestrator, APIs, databases, and browser-based applications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for knowledge transfer, adoption, and training on RPA solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA, or a related : 8-10 years of industry experience with 45 years in RPA bot development, administration, and management.

  • Proven track record of leading RPA programs in enterprise environments.

    • Mandatory Skills :

  • Hands-on expertise in UiPath Process Automation Development.
  • Proficiency with UiPath Orchestrator integration, deployment, monitoring, and Strong knowledge of process analysis, specification, and solution design.
  • Familiarity with source control systems (Git, Stash, Perforce) and best practices.
  • Experience with browser-based, REST API applications, and database automation.
  • Knowledge of SAP automation is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work across teams and executive leadership.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Exposure to tools like BPM, Concur, or other automation frameworks.
  • Prior experience with change management in automation programs.
