• Renewal of Bank Sanction Letters and Loan Documentation

2. Monitoring of Financial and Non-financial covenants of sanction letters

3. Submission of Monthly and Periodical Reports to Banks

4. Rating Exercise of the Company

5. Daily Funds Monitoring and Treasury Activities

6. RBI / FEMA activities i.E, clearances and periodical submissions

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Availment of various types of Bank facilities like working capital, term loan etc

2. Timely submission of periodic reports related to Banks

3. Periodic Credit rating exercise

4. Follow up of pending activities with RBI

5. Effective Management of Funds and investing idle surplus funds
