Role Overview
We're hiring a highly experienced and self-driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience running cold email lead generation campaigns targeting the U.S. market. The person will take complete ownership of multiple client accounts (typically 2–3 at a time) and manage the full outbound process end-to-end — including lead list building, campaign setup in tools like Smartlead, inbox management, warm calls, follow-ups, CRM updates, and meeting booking — using DSA's structured client acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 2–3 client accounts end-to-end, ensuring consistent meeting bookings and timely follow-ups.
- Build and organize lead lists aligned with each client's target market and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Launch and manage cold email campaigns through Smartlead, ensuring proper tracking and performance monitoring.
- Handle inbox management : review replies, categorize leads, and ensure timely responses or escalations.
- Follow up consistently with leads that have shown interest but haven't yet booked meetings — ensuring no opportunities go cold.
- Make warm calls to interested leads in the U.S. market and secure meetings.
- Update CRM daily (Zoho CRM) — manage lead stages, maintain clean data, and document all activities and notes.
- Track and report performance by sending daily updates on outreach activities, booked meetings, and pipeline movement.
- Must maintain fast and responsive communication during all working hours.
- Work independently under the guidance of the CEO — proactively bring issues to attention, identify process gaps, present possible solutions, execute based on direction, and continuously improve campaign performance.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development, with at least 2 years specifically managing cold email campaigns targeting the U.S. market.Proficiency with Go-To-Market (GTM) and outbound tools such as : Smartlead / Instantly / or equivalent email outreach platforms. Zoho CRM / Google Workspace. Clay / Apollo / FindyMail / or similar lead databases and enrichment tools.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills with follow-up discipline.Must be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and delivering consistent results through qualified sales meetings.Work Structure & Expectations
Type : Contract-to-hire (initial 3-month performance evaluation).Location : Remote (India) — work-from-home.Work Days : Monday to Friday (5-day work week).Work Schedule : 6 : 00 p.m. – 2 : 00 a.m. IST (U.S. hours overlap). This schedule ensures strong overlap with clients and prospects in the U.S. market — driving faster speed-to-lead, higher meeting conversions, and preventing leads from going cold.
