Senior Account Executive

Job description2–4 years of accounting experience in a corporate or startup environment Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (mandatory) Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA preferred
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Associate - Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance. Proficiency in Tally is essential, as it will be your primary accounting tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage daily financial transactions in Tally
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle vendor payments
- Prepare monthly GST workings, TDS returns, and assist in statutory filings
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts
- Support audit processes and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for compliance
