Key Requirements
B2B / Corporate sales experience in consultative or SaaS environments
Preference for candidates with exposure to HRMS SaaS products
Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders
Proven track record in driving revenue targets and managing sales funnels
Strong consultative selling, analytical thinking, and customer-centric approach
Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Self-driven, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
High integrity, work ethic, and understanding of competitive landscapes
Responsibilities
Acquire new clients / logos through lead generation and business development
Drive client onboarding, revenue realization, and upsell opportunities
Achieve lead conversion, invoicing, and collection targets
Build and sustain strategic relationships with CXOs and business heads
