We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager to lead strategic partnerships, ensure high client satisfaction, and drive business growth. This is a cross functional, high-visibility role involving stakeholder collaboration, project execution, and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Engage with clients in the digital lending, fintech, or BFSI space to understand business goals and deliver tailored SaaS solutions
- Coordinate across internal teams to execute events and campaigns seamlessly.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality.
- Resolve client issues proactively with a solutions-focused approach.
- Present periodic performance reports and conduct review meetings with clients.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagement.
Required Skills & Competencies :
