Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound & outbound leads (phone, WhatsApp & email)
• Educate customers about our services, eligibility & process
• Follow structured sales scripts & CRM workflows
• Build pipeline & convert qualified prospects to clients
• Maintain daily reporting (calls, meetings, follow-ups, CRM updates)
• Provide post-sale coordination & customer experience support
• Work closely with operations team to ensure client satisfaction
• Meet monthly sales target & quality KPIs
